Bookkeeper

Location: Doral and Coral Gables, FL

We are currently recruiting for a few of our clients in the Doral and Coral Gables area and are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals for Bookkeeper positions. Position Available:

• Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
• Assist in payroll processing and tax filing.
• Monitor budgets and track expenses to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
